| 摘 要： | 550 kt/a石化聚丙烯装置大型挤压造粒机减速箱在更换输入轴之后,在高速档位运行时,电机振动较大,不能满足生产的工艺需求。为了解决振动大而制定了对挤压机组电机和齿轮箱的振动测试方案,并进行了振动测试,根据测试数据和图谱分析成功诊断出该机组存在齿轮箱不对中、电机同心度偏心、电机动静件摩擦等综合故障,并分析诊断出齿轮箱离合器不对中为故障根源。

| Abstract: | After replacing the input shaft of the large-scale extrusion granulator reduction gear box in a 55kt/a petrochemical polypropylene device,motor vibration exceeded the standard in high-speed gear runtime,which couldn’t meet the process demand of production.In order to solve the problems,testing schemes for the extrusion unit motor and gear case vibration were set down.And the vibration was tested.According to the test data and atlas analysis,the comprehensive faults were diagnosed successfully,which included gear case misalignment,motor concentricity eccentricity,motor dynamic and static friction.And the gear case clutch misalignment was the root for the fault. |
