| 摘 要： | 沙集抽水站1#机组运行中发现机组空载运行时,振动严重,下水导橡皮轴承处有轻微异常声响,1#机组大修时,发现水泵导叶体轴窝止口损坏严重等现象,经过制定科学合理的方案检修后,机组运行状态得到了明显改善,达到了预期效果.

| Abstract: | It is found that when the 1# unit of Shaji pumping station is operating,the operation of no-load vibrates severely and there is slightly abnormal sound in the launching bearing.While the overhaul of 1# unit,the stop mouth of the guide vane body was serious damage.The state of operation is significantly improved by making scientific and rational scheme and it achieve the desired effect. |
