镶块式螺旋叶片成形冲压模设计的力学分析

摘    要:针对受力和成形的复杂性,建立了螺旋叶片的受力模型,对其进行力学分析,从而得出结论:冲压模具应采用镶块式凹模结构.试验表明,镶块结构的冲压模在减少叶片的回弹方面有明显的作用.

Abstract:Because of the complicacy of load and forming,the force analysis model was founded and the conclusion was made that the mould should be designed with die edge through the results of force analysis.The experiments showed that the mould with die edge was helpful to reduce the spring-back of helix blade.
