摘    要:本试验对广东省潮州市目前主要推广的3个马铃薯品种的干物质、淀粉、蛋白质、可溶性固形物、维生素C和有机酸等营养成分进行测定,同时综述了马铃薯的营养保健功能及开发利用前景。

Abstract:The nutritional compoments including dry matter,starch,protein,total soluble solids,vitamin c,and organic acid in 3 potato varieties,which mainly spread in Chaozhou City,Guangdong provouce,were determined.And the nutrition,health function,development and utilization prospects of potato were introduced.
