汽车箱体磷化加工程控起重机的PLC控制

摘    要:针对传统的桥式起重机控制系统中存在的可靠性差、故障率高、电能浪费大、效率低等缺点,采用PLC和变频调速技术,对郑州宇通客车股份有限公司的汽车箱体磷化加工生产线进行技术改造,实现了起重机在汽车箱体磷化加工生产线物料输送的自动化和精确定位,改善了起重机的性能,减少了起重机故障,提高了装卸作业的安全性,还具有明显的节能效果.

Abstract:Traditional bridge crane control system lacks of reliability and efficiency. Hence, a new PLC and variable frequency drive technique are used to the crane on the vehicle body phosphating line of Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co. , Ltd. This control system can automatically drives the crane to the desired position accurately. The new control and driving system improves the line performance and the operation safety. It also reduces the system failures, and can decreases the power consumption obviously at the same time.
