| 摘 要： | 运用PDCA循环法则,分析了滤棒搭口不牢的原因,针对其主要原因采取设备改善措施,通过改进ZL23成型机热熔胶传动系统降低排胶量,以及加装纸加热板保持胶温,有效地提高了滤棒搭口粘接的可靠性,降低了消耗。
