唐山地区混凝土骨料碱活性研究

摘    要:从唐山市混凝土工程用骨料的四个主要供应地取料(代号分别为GY,LX,ZH,QX),利用砂浆棒法、化学分析、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试手段,进行该地区骨料是否具有碱活性以及有可能发生的碱骨料反应类型的试验判定。试验结果表明:主要成分为白云石的ZH与QX骨料,既具有较高的碱硅酸活性又具有高的碱碳酸盐活性;主要矿物成分为方解石的GY,LX骨料,则为非活性骨料。

Abstract:In this experiment, the concrete aggregates come from four main places supplying concrete aggregate for Tangshan City project, and were coded repectively by GY,LX,ZH and QX. By mortar bar test, chemical analyse, XRD and SEM to determine whether the concrete aggregates have alkali-activity and the type of the possihle alkali aggregate reaction. The results show that ZH and QX, whose main component is dolomite, have higher alkali-silica activity and high alkali-carbonate activity, and GY and LX, whose main component is calcite, have no activity.
