球磨机钢球大小的试验研究

摘    要:铜山矿分别在2台球磨机上进行加大钢球的生产试验,结果平均处理量增加,钢球单耗降低,用电单耗降低,与理论计算基本相符。现用各种磨机普遍存在充填率少、钢球(棒)小、转速低的问题,在增加充填率和加快转速的改造中,加大钢球(棒)更能获得巨大的经济效益。

Abstract:Product test for increasing size of grinding ball of two ball mills in Tongshan Mine is made, the result shows that average handling capacity increase, consumption of single ball and energy consumption decrease, which approximately accord with theoretical calculation. Low filling ratio, small grinding ball (rod), low rotary speed commonly exist in all kinds of mills, in course of improvement for increasing filling ratio and rotary speed, great economic benefit could be aquired by increasing size of grinding ball.
