发生炉煤气生产过程的优化操作

摘    要:针对发生炉煤气站普通存在的煤气质量稳定性差,原料消耗高、产气率低、炉渣含碳量高的状况进行了理论分析,并通过对块煤的分级筛分、分级入炉,稳定空层、炉出口温度及饱和温度,调整煤气生产流量,达到了对煤气生产过程的优化操作。产气率提高13.2%,渣炉含碳量降低17.6%,煤气热值提高7.6%。

Abstract:The study contens the main problems of the gas producer,such as the shaky gas quality, the high consumption of ra w materials, the low gas output and the high carbon content of the clinker. Base d on the theoretical analysis, it classifies the lump coal, stables the air lay er, the gas furnace temprature and saturation tempreture and adjusts gas flow ah ead of time.It realizes the optimization control during the gas producing.The results show that the gas outp ut raises 13.2 percent,the gas calorific value raises 7.6 percent and the carbon content of the clinker is 17.6 percent lower than before.
