防砂用纤维的筛选及其表面处理技术的研究

摘    要:在覆膜砂中加入经过表面处理的纤维,只要纤维的种类、长度、直径和加量选择合适,其抗压和抗折强度都相应增大,尤其抗折强度增大较多。所以,在覆膜砂中加入纤维,可以提高覆膜砂的挡砂强度等性能。经过大量试验,确定了覆膜砂中添加纤维的种类、长度、直径、加量和合适的表面处理方法。该技术在孤东油田已投入使用,试验2口井,防砂成功率100%。

Abstract:Laboratory tests show that if fibre is added to the coated sand, and if the type, the length, the diameter and the added quantity are selected appropriately, the compressive strength and the bending strength both increase correspondingly, especially the bending strength. Therefore, the sand control strength can be improved through adding the fibre to the coated sand. The type, the length, the diameter, the added quantity and the appropriate surface treatment are confirmed through a lot of laboratory tests. The technology has been applied to two water wells in Gudong oilfield, and the success rate is up to 100%.
