| 摘 要： | 本文利用权系数理论模拟空调建筑物的热动态特性,在IBM微机上的编制了相应的计算程序。程序PDTPB PDTPB可用于分析建筑物在内外扰量作用下的得热和冷负荷,同时结合空调系统的运行工况可分析房间的室温变化及实际能耗。最后1988年利用夏季深圳国际贸易中心的能耗实测结果对模拟程序进行了验证。
