甲状腺乳头状癌的超声图像特点

探讨超声检查对甲状腺乳头状癌诊断的临床价值。对病理证实的37例甲状腺乳头状癌及20例甲状腺腺瘤超声图像表现进行回顾性分析。甲状腺乳头状癌超声表现以圆形或类圆形实性低回声为主,部分可见钙化,多数结节边界不清、无包膜,彩色血流信号显示率为48.5%(16/33)。37例甲状腺乳头状癌中,超声诊断恶性肿瘤的符合率为70.3%(26/37)。甲状腺乳头状癌声像图表现有其特征性,其中边界不清、无包膜、低回声及微小钙化是诊断要点,超声检查有助于本病的临床诊断。

Ultrasonographic features of thyroid papillary carcinoma

To evaluate the role of sonography in the clinical diagnosis of thyroid papillary carcinoma.Observation and analysis of ultrasonographic features of 37 thyroid papillary carcinoma and 20 benign adenoma were carried out by pathology after operation.The main ultrasonographic features of papillary carcinoma included solid and hypoechogenicity,being round or oval,some with calcifications,unclear boundary but without capsule.The appearance rate of color Doppler signal was 48.5%.Accuracy of the diagnosis rate of malignant tumor was 70.3%(26/37).Sonography of thyroid papillary carcinoma demonstrates some characteristics.Features including blurred boundary,absence of capsule,hypoechogenicity,and microcalcifications are considered main points in ultrasonic diagnosis.It is concluded that ultrasonography is useful in clinical diagnosis of the disease.
