摘    要:介绍了一种适用性广泛、效率高、能耗低的生物质燃料破碎技术。该技术与国外同类技术相比,综合破碎效率有所提高,综合吨料耗电量有所下降,购置费用降低70%,且维护方便。该技术的成功开发及应用,扩大了我国生物质发电燃料的利用范围,提高了生物质燃料破碎效率,降低了破碎作业成本,在生物质燃料供应方面有效地推动了我国生物质发电的技术进步。

Abstract:A kind of biomass fuel crushing technology with the advantages of wide applicability, high efficiency and low energy consumption was introduced. Comparing with similar foreign products, its comprehensive crushing efficiency increased and the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of fuels decreased. The purchasing cost decreased by 70% with convenient maintenance. The successful development and utilization of the crusher has expanded the utilization scope of biomass fuel for power generation in China, improved the fuel crushing efficiency, and reduced the fuel crushing cost. The crushing technology plays an important role in the development of biomass power generation in China.
