烟台市酿酒葡萄生态区划研究

世界许多国家都很重视葡萄的生态区划.国内酿酒葡萄区划主要考虑了影响酿酒葡萄生长的气候因子,对其它生态因子研究较少,更重要的是没有将这些因子综合起来进行定量分析.为此,本文在分析了烟台市主要生态条件的基础上,运用模糊数学中的多因素综合评判方法,划分出烟台市种植酿酒葡萄的优良生态区、适宜生态区、较适宜生态区和不适宜生态区,从而为烟台市酿酒葡萄的发展起到一定的指导作用,同时为酿酒葡萄区划提供一种方法.

Study on the ecological regionalization of wine grape in Yantai

Many countries in the world all attach importance to the ecological regionalization of grape. In our country, theecological regionalization of wine grape mainly considered more of the climate factors affecting the growth of wine grape thanother ecological factors. And these factors were not been integrated for quantitative analysis. Based on the analysis of the mainecological factors in Yantai, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was used to regionalize out the optimal, fit, less fit and unfitecological regions for wine grape. This has much meaning for the development of the grape industry in Yantai city, providing amethod for the ecological regionalization of wine grape.
