LDPE超高压管式反应器自增强弹塑性界面半径分析

摘    要:为确定LDPE超高压管式反应器自增强处理的弹塑性界面半径,用几种理论方法计算了最佳弹塑性界面半径,并利用残余应力试验方法进行了证明。试验结果表明,残余应力曲线在弹塑性半径附近出现拐点,与理论结果相符合,为该类型反应器的研究奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract:In order to determine auto-ferrittage elastic-plastic boundary radius for LDPE ultra-high pressure tubular reactor, several different theoretical methods were used to calculate autoferrittage elastic-plastic boundary radius,and the results were also verified by residual stress test method. The test result indicated that there was an inflexion for the residual stress near the elastic-plastic radius. The test results were in match with the theoretical ones and this will provide good reference for further study on this issue.
