萘胺废水处理工程的设计与运行

摘    要:萘胺废水具有CODCr浓度高、酚浓度高的特点。采用Fe-C微电解工艺对其进行预处理,CODCr去除率大于30%,酚去除率大于60%,m(BOD5):m(CODCr)从0.11提高0.32。预处理后的废水经二级生化处理,在混合废水CODCr、BOD5、挥发酚的质量浓度分别为1 548、496、59 mg/L时,处理后出水分别为112、15、0.2 mg/L,出水水质达到G8 8978-1996《污水综合排放标准》之二级标准。

Abstract:In view of the characteristics of the naphthylamine watewater that,the mass concentration of COD and phenol was high,Fe-C microelectrolysis process was used for its pretreatment.The results showed that,the removal rate of COD and phenol were above 30% and 60% respectively,m(BOD) : m(COD)increased from 0.11 to 0.32.the pretreated wastewater was retreated by the two-stage biochemical treatment,when the mass concentration of CODCr,BOD5 volatile phenol of the mixed wastewater were 1 548,496,59 mg/L respectively,the corresponding values of the effluent water after the treatment were 112,15,0.2 mg/L respectively,the quality of the effluent water met the standard of class 2 in Intergrated Wastewater Discharge Standard GB 8978-1996.
