挤压造粒生产有机无机复混肥的工艺技术

摘    要:介绍利用广西本地泥炭土、花生麸、糖厂滤泥、鸡粪等有机原料,采用轮碾动辊式挤压造粒机生产8-3-4-20(有机质)、10-5-5-20(有机质)等有机无机复混肥的生产技术,讨论了原料预处理、各种有机原料的选择配比、物料水分含量对产品质量的影响;轮碾动辊式挤压造粒机的结构、材料及主要故障及其处理措施。产品的农田试验获得较好效果。

Abstract:The technologies for production of organic-inorganic compound fertilizers with 8-3-4-20, 10-5- 5-20 by extruding granulation are introduced, based on the organic raw materials of peat soil, peanut residue, filter mud from sugar plant, chicken manure in Guangxi. The effects of organic raw material pretreatment proportion selection and raw materials water content on product quality are discussed, and the structure material, troubles and countermeasures of extruding granulator with wheel-grind and action roller are presented. The fertilizer has a good effect in agricultural experiment.
