| 摘 要： | 通过对精锻齿轮模具的失效分析，指出了影响模具使用寿命的主要因素，并选用４种典型齿轮进行精锻试验，推荐了两种适用于精锻齿轮用的模具钢及其热处理工艺。

| Abstract: | By failure analysis of gear dies in precision forging, the main factors influencing the service life of gear dies were pointed out and precision forgings of four typical gears were tested. Two sets of die steel and their corresponding heat treatment processes were suggested. |
