弹簧低温渗氮层组织与疲劳性能研究

摘    要:研究了50CrVA钢油淬火弹簧的低温离子渗氮及低温气体氮碳共渗处理工艺,观察并分析了渗氮层组织形态及疲劳性能。结果表明,低温离子渗氮可显著提高弹簧的疲劳寿命。最后给出了表面强化弹簧的剪切疲劳模型。

Abstract:The processes of low temperature ionitriding and gas nitrocarburizing for spiral springs have been studied. The spiral springs were made of 50CrVA steel wire and were heated by electric contact and quenched continuously passing the oil,thereafter they were tempered at same production Iine. The structures of nitriding layer and fatigue property of them were observed and analysed. The results were proved that fatigue life of the springs have been raised. Finally the shearing fatigue model of the surface strengthening spring is suggested.
