摘    要:设计了一种新型的基于正弦波PWM发生器SA4828的能量回馈控制系统.分析了其系统构成及工作原理,结合SA4828的功能特点,给出了能量回馈控制系统微处理器监控系统的设计方法,在直流电压检测环节中利用简单的减法电路提高了控制和显示的分辨率.设计了一台15kVA的样机进行实验研究,实验结果表明该系统设计合理,节能效果明显。拓展了通用变频器的应用范围;SA4828的使用使整个系统结构简单,馈送电流谐波小。具有良好的应用前景。

Abstract:To feedback the regenerative energy of braking timely and effectively, a novel energy-feedback control system based on 3-phase pulse width modulation engine SA4828 was developed. The system configuration and operation principle were discussed at first, then the design method of energy-feedback microprocessor supervisory system was given. The resolution of control and display were improved by adding a subtraction circuit in detection of DC voltage. A 15kVA prototype is built in laboratory, the experimental results show that the system design reasonable with more than 30% of energy-saving effect, which extent the application of general inverter. By the use of SA4528, the system has the merits of simple configuration and low feedback current harmonic, which give it a good application prospect.
