摘    要:如果各方面没有严格地按综合误差的要求管理,所得统计线损率的准确性一般较差。由于PT、CT、电能表等元件误差的存在,在购、售电量相减后,线损率有可能被放大或缩小。并且这种误差随着着电压等级的则增加。在10kV网损中,由于其布点广,管理起来复杂,即使不包括偷、漏电量,其统计线的真实性也较差。用计算方法把电网每一元件的损耗相加得到的总损耗量再被购电量相除的所谓理论线损计算可以避免上述缺点,但在理论线损计

Abstract:In general the rate of statistical net loss, which is evaluated by the difference between the energy sold and the energy bought, all divided by the energy bought, can hardly be accurate, because the rate of the net loss, which is oriented to a small value, may be extended or shrunk in the evaluation of the sum of net loss by subtracting the energy bought from the energy sold, and both of them are pregnant with the error of PT, CT, line drop of PT, watt-hour meter and so on. The error level is greater along with the going up of voltage grade. In the 10kV power net, owing to the wide dispersion and the mixed management, even if the man-made abnormal wear is neglected, the rate of net loss is not confident because of the same factors mentioned above. Counting the sum of the loss of every part in the net may shrink the distortion. Whereas in the past,a trimmed rate of net loss of a so|called typical day or a mean value of the electric power of a period with its feature coefficient K is needed to simulate the rate of net loss of the very period, the result is also doubtful. The real-time data, saved in the historical data base of the supervisory control and data acquisition system (SCADA) for intervals of five or ten minutes, may be used as the real-time operating state covering various operating curves of the power system. Thus, it makes the calculation result of the rate of net loss close to the real rate of the net loss.
