铝合金叶轮共振振型的研究

摘    要:应用有限元模态分析确定了共振失效的某铝合金叶轮各阶振型和各节点相对振动应力.根据叶轮结构特征和裂纹萌生部位,结合Goodman力学理论和疲劳断裂条件,计算出叶轮实际工作情况下发生共振疲劳断裂时长、短叶片的振动应力比.通过各阶振型的长、短叶片相对振动应力比与实际叶轮发生共振疲劳断裂时所需振动应力比条件的对比研究,结果表明...
