| 摘 要： | 主要研究用水蒸汽蒸馏法进行样品处理,用乙酰丙酮分光光度法测定样品中游离甲醛的含量。对用水蒸汽蒸馏和未用水蒸汽蒸馏的甲醛标准曲线进行比较,两曲线几乎相同,其线性范围为1—40峭,相关系数为0．9998,在蒸馏水及水性胶粘剂中进行加标回收试验,平均回收率分别为96．2％和96．9％,对水性胶粘剂样品中甲醛含量的测定,结果的相对标准偏差为1．21％,并讨论了该方法的最佳实验条件,在pH=6、波长413nm的条件下,有较好的吸收峰。该方法操作简单、实用性强,具有较高的精密度和准确度。

| Abstract: | Main steam distillation of water sample handling, with acetylacetone spectrophotometric determination of free formaldehyde content of the sample. Steam distillation of water and water steam distillation of the formaldehyde is not the standard curve to compare the two curves is almost the same, the linear range of 1 -40μg, a correlation coefficient of 0.9998, in distilled water and spiked water - based adhesives in the recovery experiment, the average recovery were 96.2% and 96.9%, water - based adhesive for the determination of formaldehyde content in the sample, the relative standard deviation of 1.21%, and discussed the method of optimal experimental conditions, at pH = 6, under the conditions of wavelength 413nm, with better absorption. The method is simple, practical, high precision and accuracy. |
