石灰生产工艺的优化以及降低粉灰率的方法

摘    要:邯钢500t.d-1和600t.d-1活性石灰窑是从瑞士麦尔兹公司引进的,生产过程中产生大量粉灰,通过分析找出了粉灰产生的原因,有针对性的采取了不同措施优化石灰生产工艺,降低了石灰粉灰率,并且通过对产生的粉灰进行压球处理,很好解决了石灰窑生产中的高粉灰问题。

Abstract:The active lime kilns with respective production capacities of 500t .d^-1 and 600t .d^-1 of Hansteel were imported from Maerz Company, Switerland. In the production process, large amount of dust is generated. Through analysis the cause of lime fines generation is found and the different optimizing lime production processes are adopted pertinently and the lime fines are reduced. And the problem of high amount of lime fines generated during the production of the lime kiln is solved very well by the treatment of the generated lime fines briquetting.
