均质铝矾土煅烧技术的研究

摘    要:在隧道窑中对均质铝矾土进行了模拟实验研究,结果表明:均质铝矾土的最佳煅烧制度为1 550℃、5h,体积密度可达到3.45g.cm-3,且铝矾土内部微观结构达到最佳状态。同时样品的质量指标明显优于优质铝矾土熟料QA1-88指标。

Abstract:A simulation experiment study is carried out for homogenous bauxite in tunnel kiln. The ex- periment result shows that the optimal calcining schedule for homogenous bauxite is 1 550℃, 5h. Here the bulk density reaches 3.45g.cm^-3 and the internal microstructure of the bauxite reaches optimal state. Meanwhile the quality index of the specimen is better than that of calcined bauxite QA1-88 obviously. Key words: Homogeneous bauxite ; Calcining temperature ; Holding time ; Quality index
