| Abstract: | Nuclear facilities safety regulation and environmental radiation safety regulation are compared with regard to historical development, objects of regulation, required techniques, geographical areas, as well as regulatory measures, with relations between them analyzed for the same ultimate target, common headquarters, and complementary responsibilities. The importance of the two coexisting regulations is given at the end of paper. |
