摘    要:采用聚丙烯酸钠和钛酸酯两种改性剂对超细氧化铁红粉体进行改性试验,比较改性结果,分析改性机理,同时研究了强化球磨过程中加入改性剂这种复合改性工艺对铁红粉体的改性效果.试验表明:聚丙烯酸钠和钛酸酯都可以使铁红粉体达到很好的分散效果;而复合工艺不仅可以起到良好的分散作用,还能进一步提高粉体细化的程度.

Abstract:A study on surface modification of oxide iron powder with polyacrylate sodium and the titanate modifiers was carried out. The results were compared and the modified mechanism was analyzed. A compound modified method to add modifier to the oxide iron powders when intensive grinded by the planetary ball mill was conducted. The experiment indicates that the polyacrylate sodium and the titanate can both disperse the oxide iron powder notably; and the compound modified method can not only reach an excellent modification effect, but also can make the powders much finer.
