| 摘 要： | 通过建立一个完全信息动态博弈模型,分析了企业与研究机构合作进行工艺创新的博弈过程;得出了企业与研究机构的创新能力、工艺创新成果的先进性及其商业化价值将影响合作创新模式(技术交易模式或商业化协作模式)选择的结论;最后讨论了企业与研究机构对合作伙伴的选择。

| Abstract: | Through establishing a dynamic game model with complete information,the game process of cooperative process innovation between enterprise and research organization is analyzed.The conclusion is drawn that the innovative capability of enterprise and research organization,the advance of the process innovation achievements and its commercialization values will affect the selection of cooperative mode.Finally partner selection of the enterprise and research organization is discussed. |
