沅水流域水调自动化系统厂站端数据采集解决方案

摘    要:在电力系统厂网分开的大背景下,发电公司需要建设一套自身控管的水调自动化系统。为此,需要解决以下2个问题:一是继续保持从原有各生产控制系统的数据采集;二是保证生产系统的绝对安全,并满足国家经贸委30号令的安全通信要求。文中研究并提出了一套解决方案。实践证明,该方案满足流域水库群梯级调度自动化的要求,在电力行业具有广泛的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Under the circumstances of power plants separating from power grids, a power company needs to build a selfcontrolled waterpower scheduling automation system. For this reason, two problems should to be resolved. On the one hand,the data collection from original production control systems should be preserved, and on the other hand, the security of the roduction system should be guaranteed. And the security communication requirement of No. 30 order of the National Economy ouncil should be met. The solution to the problems is put forward, and it is proved that the solution meets the requirement of ascade scheduling automation of reservoir groups, and it is of reference value to the electric power industry.
