摘    要:分别从水循环、定排阀门内漏、水冷壁受热不均、堵管超温等方面对HG670/140-9型锅炉水冷壁爆管原因进行了全面分析,找出了爆管的根由,提出了防止水冷壁爆管的措施及要求。

Abstract:The cause of tube explosion of HG670/140-9 boiler water cooled wall is comprehensively analyzed in terms of water circulation, internal leakage of regular exhaust valve, uneven heating surface of water cooled wall and over-temperature due to tube blocking. The real cause of tube explosion is found, the preventive measures for tube explosion and requirement are also put forward.
