厌氧消化处理餐厨垃圾的工艺研究

摘    要:在分析餐厨垃圾的性质和现有处理技术基础上,着重分析了湿式厌氧发酵工艺处理餐厨垃圾的适应性和特点,并根据餐厨垃圾的组成特性和湿式厌氧发酵反应的要求.研究了适用于餐厨垃圾的湿式厌氧发酵工艺,该工艺通过对原料处理罐(备料罐)和发酵反应器的精心设计,保证了发酵反应的顺利进行和发酵后腐熟质的质量,实验室试验表明产气率可达0.520m^3/kg.VS。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of food waste and swill characteristics and the assessment of their current treatment technologies, anaerobic digestion is suggested as to be the main treatment technology for food waste and swill, A new anaerobic digestion technology is developed especially for food waste and swill treatment. In this technology through the elaborate design of pretreatment tank and anaerobic digestion reactor, the methane can be produced favoringly and the quality of fermented residues can be improved. The production of biogas can be reached to 0.520 m^3 per kilogram of volatile solid according to the experimental results.
