轿车左右出风口塑件注射模设计

摘    要:对大众轿车左右出风口塑件进行了工艺分析,提出了合理的注射成型工艺。介绍了成型左右出风口塑件注射模的结构特点及工作过程。对模具顶部的2个液压斜抽芯机构、侧面的4个斜导柱侧抽芯机构、定模型芯与动模型芯结构、导向与定位机构及浇注系统的设计作了详细的叙述。模具结构紧凑,运动平稳,生产的塑件精度高。

Abstract:A technical analysis was made on a plastic part used in the left and right wind outlet of Volkswagen cars.The injection forming technique,the structural characteristic and working process of an injection mould for the part were introduced.Two hydraulic mechanisms at the top of the mould for slanted core-pulling,four slanted guide pillar mechanisms for side core-pulling,the mould core structure at cover half and ejector half,the design for guide system and positioning mechanism and gating system were discussed in detail.The mould is compact in structure and stable in operation and can make high precision products.
