| 摘 要： | 根据目前建设项目成本控制所出现的问题,通过对成本控制相关内容的学习,分别对项目设计阶段、施工阶段和竣工阶段的成本控制方法进行了分析,并得出了相关的结论,以期为企业的建设项目成本控制积累经验。
