| 摘 要： | 从中国的历史和社会状况出发，毛泽东全面分析新中国成立后我们所面临的国际国内形势，着重从非无产阶级思想的侵蚀，执政条件下面临糖衣炮弹的攻击，组织不纯和作风不纯等方面论析了产生腐败现象的原因，提出了反腐倡廉的基本思路，对我们党目前正在进行的反腐败斗争和廉政建设有着十分重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Based on historical and social conditions in China,Mao Zedong made a comprehensive analysis on the situation we faced after the foundation of new China,focusing on the reasons of corruption such as the erosion of non-proletarian ideology,attack of sugar-coated bullets and impurity of organization and lifestyle and providing basic thoughts of anti-corruption and advocating integrity,which is an important reference for CCP to fight against corruption and constructing the politics of integrity. |
