CO2焊的波形控制技术的研究进展

摘    要:通过及时控制焊接电流大小可以有效克服CO2焊的焊接飞溅大、焊缝成形差、熔深浅的问题.介绍了国内外主要应用的CO2焊波形控制法,包括传统的波形控制法和新型波形控制法.重点介绍了基于实时调整的波形控制技术.并指出波形控制技术向更精细化、动态化的方向发展.

Abstract:By controlling welding current flow in time,there will be resultful for solving the problems of much spatter,bed welding bead and poor melting.In this article some popular waveform control methods of CO2 welding including conventional and late-model ones are introduced,and the method based on real-time-adjusted waveform control is focused.It can be seen from the development of the method of waveform control that it is turning more refined and more dynamic.
