| 摘 要： | 今年是我国煤矿安全国家监察体制建立10周年,建立煤矿安全国家监察体制是新形势下加强煤矿安全工作、保障人民群众生命安全的战略举措,完全符合我国经济社会发展以及安全生产工作的实际需要.笔者从事煤矿监察工作10年来,广泛深入地与全省各级地方政府煤矿安全监管工作人员接触,对地方政府煤矿安全监管干部队伍素质现状有直接的认识和比较全面的了解,本文就地方政府煤矿安全监管队伍存在的主要问题及如何建设一支高素质的煤矿安全监管干部队伍提出了建议和对策.

| Abstract: | Duly in compliance with China's economic and social development and safety production,it is vital to build national supervision system of colliery safety production.Based on the experiences from ten-year colliery supervision practice,the author points out the main problems existing in colliery supervision team,and proposes suggestions and countermeasures on how to improve team development of safety supervision cadres. |
