摘    要:针对煤矿井下瓦斯浓度和风机转速之间难以确定精确数学模型的问题,采用双模糊控制系统,在瓦斯浓度与电机频率之间建立了一种对应的模糊关系;考虑多瓦斯和煤尘传感器对输出频率影响程度的不同,采用层次分析法确定4个输入因素的权重,然后通过加权平均得到输出频率。仿真结果表明:该控制系统可根据瓦斯和煤尘浓度实现局部通风机的变频调速,既在低瓦斯浓度时达到了节能效果,又在高瓦斯浓度时保证了通风安全。

Abstract:To solve the difficulty of the precise mathematical model between mine gas concentration and the tunnel fan speed,a double-fuzzy controller was designed to built a corresponding fuzzy relation between them.Considering the different influences on the output frequence by multi-gas and dust sensors,an analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was adopted to determine the weights of four input factors,and then the final frequency was obtained by the weighted average.The simulation results show that this double-fuzzy system can achieve the frequency control of the local fan according to the inputs of four sensors,realizing energy saving in low gas case and safety discharging in high gas case.
