脉冲流量输入时蓄能器容量的确定

摘    要:液压蓄能器封闭系统在承受脉冲流量的情况下,会产生较大的瞬态冲击压力,严重时会使蓄能器失效,皮囊破裂。本文推导出在脉冲流量条件下的流体连续性方程和能量传递方程,并提出用逐次逼近解法解这种非线性方程的程序,从而求出蓄能器容量和瞬态压力峰值。该法已用于高压水泥粉磨机设计,试验结果令人满意。

Abstract:When a closed hydraulic accumulator system is experienced with pulse flow, it will produce a quite large transient shock pressure,this will cause the accumulator to be ineffective and the bladder to be broken seriously.In this paper the fluid continuity equation and energy transfer equation are established under the pulse flow.Meanwhile a program by which nonlinear-equation can be solved has been advanced by means of approaching the way step by step to seek the volume of the accumulator and the tran- sient pressure peak value.This method has been used to design a high-pressure con- crete grinding roll,The experimental result is satisfactory.
