| 摘 要： | 对BOM的概念以及在ERP系统中的作用进行了介绍，阐述了制造企业在实施ERP过程中BOM的存在形式多样性及构造方法多样性，分析了各种BOM的功能、特点以及实用环节，系统地给出了BOM的各种表现方式，并通过实例和图表及对比方法对其逐一进行了剖析。
