摘    要:介绍了2步法合成1,4-双(2,4-二氨基苯氧基)苯(14BDAPOB)的方法,并将其用作环氧树脂固化剂。采用非等温差示扫描量热法(DSC)对酚醛环氧树脂/14BDAPOB的固化过程进行了研究,并利用Kissinger、Crane和Arrhenius方程对该固化反应进行了动力学分析,求得了体系的固化动力学参数;测定了体系的拉伸剪切强度。结果表明,体系的活化能为66.97 kJ/mol,反应级数为0.90;经14BDAPOB固化后的酚醛环氧体系拉伸剪切强度可达21.3 MPa。

Abstract:1,4-bis(2,4-diaminophenoxy)benzene(14BDAPOB)was synthesized by two-step method.The curing process of phenolic epoxy resin/14BDAPOB was studied by the non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry (DSC),and a kinetic analysis on the curing process was made by using Kissinger,Crane and Arrhenius equations, which educed the curing reaction kinetic parameters of the system.The results showed that the activation energy of the system is 66.97 kJ/mol and the reaction order is 0.90.The tensile shear strength of cured phenolic epoxy resin/ 14BDAPOB can reaeh 21.28 MPa.
