| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了土地信息系统构建和数据库的建立 ,以莆田市土地适宜性评价为例 ,应用GIS技术 ,通过评价对象的选择、评价单元的确定、合适的评价因子的选取和因子叠加分析等 ,对土地适宜性和生产潜力进行分析评价 ,得出不同类型不同等级的土地潜力 ,选择最优利用类型 ,为土地科学规划、科学管理和科学决策提供依据。

| Abstract: | The establishment of the land information system and database is introduced in this paper, taking the evaluation of land suitability in Putian City as an example. With GIS technology, the suitability and production potential of land are analyzed and estimated by choosing evaluation object, units, suitable factors, and superposition analysis of factors. According to the potential of land in different types and classes, the best utilization type is selected, which also presents the foundation for scientific design, management and decision of land. |
