多组元分批精馏过程多参数协变操作策略的研究

摘    要:提出了同时改变压强、回流比及气体负荷的分批精馏新操作方法,并采用人工智能中的有序搜索法在 IBM—PC 计算机上对多组元分批精馏过程多参数协变操作策略进行了数学模拟。所建立的数学模型综合考虑了填料层的分离效率、压降及持液最随气体负荷等因素的变化关系。计算结果表明,协变操作策略比传统操作(CPRF)单位时间经济效益增加22.56%。在 TRS-80微机控制下进行的大量实验结果表明,理论计算与试验结果吻合。


A Study of Multicomponent Batch Distillation with Harmonic Varying Multiparameter
Abstract:The harmonic varying operation policy in multicomponent batch distillationwith varying gas load,reflux ratio and pressure is studied.The operation policyis simulated,and optimized by using the method of artifical intelligence for gasload.The profit per unit time as objective function presented in this paper ismore reasonable for batch distillation.In deriving mathematical model,the rela-tionship of theoretical plates,liquid hold-up and pressure drop in packed columnvarying with gas-load etc.is taken into account.The calculated result shows thatthe objective function value of harmonic varying operation increases 22.56% morethan that of conventional operation.
