特高压直流输电工程的谐波限制标准及滤波器的设计

摘    要:在系统考察我国目前通信网络设备和线路抗干扰能力所能达到的技术水平和所执行标准的现状,总结以往有关电力线对通信的影响的研究成果、标准、设计规范和具体实施情况的基础上,通过理论计算、概率分析和模拟试验,提出了现在通信网能够承受的干扰限制水平,给出了适合当前通信网抗干扰水平的直流等效干扰电流限值。对向家坝—上海南汇特高压直流输电工程谐波限制标准进行了分析并提出了建议值,在此基础上提出了特高压直流滤波器的典型设计方案,结果表明该标准适用于工程建设并能节约占地和费用。

Abstract:After systematic investigation on current technical level of counter-interference capability of communication networks and lines in China and present situation of related standards being executed and on the basis of summarizing bygone research results, standard and design specification related to the influence of power transmission lines on communication as well as the implementation of these results in practice, by means of theoretical calculation, probability analysis and simulation tests, the interference restriction level that the communication networks can withstand is proposed and the limitation value of DC equivalent disturbing current (EDC) suitable to counter-interference level of current communication networks is given. The harmonic current restriction standard for UHVDC project from Xiangjiaba to Shanghai Nanhui is analyzed and the recommended value is put forward. On this basis, a typical design scheme of DC filter for UHVDC project is proposed. Results of laboratory tests and on-site measurements show that the proposed harmonic current restriction standard is suitable for engineering construction and by which both the seized land area and engineering cost can be saved.
