摘    要:糖尿病是一种以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病,肌少症是其常见的慢性并发症之一。糖尿病性肌少症可能与泛素-蛋白酶体系统、胰岛素抵抗、氧化应激、线粒体损伤、胰岛素信号通路、晚期糖基化终末产物有关。本文根据国内外文献,对糖尿病性肌少症的发病机制和治疗靶点进行综述。

Abstract:Diabetes is a kind of metabolic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia. Sarcopenia is one of the common diabetic complications. Development of diabetic sarcopenia is related to ubiquitin-proteasome system,insulin resistance,oxidative stress,mitochondria damage,insulin signaling pathway and advanced glycationend products.This review summarized the pathological mechanism and treatment targets for diabetic sarcopenia based on national and international literatures.
