摘    要:伴随着之前二十年国内钢铁冶金行业的高速发展,我国冶金装备行业也获得了长足的进步。近年来这一行业正越来越多地尝试开拓国际市场,钢铁冶金领域的“中国技术”和“中国制造”正在逐渐走出国门。本文结合新近投产的国外板坯连铸机工程,简要介绍国外项目进度管理中需要注意的一些事项。

Abstract:Abstract: For the Cr18Mn6Ni4N austenitic stainless steel, the surface crack problem is easy to occur in the actual continuous casting production. In this study, the 20mm of the continuous casting blank was sampled, and the variation law of section shrinkage at different temperatures was measured by Gleeble3500. The results show that when the temperature range is 900-1250°C, the area shrinkage is higher, all are above 50%. When the temperature is lower than 900°C, the reduction in area is remarkably lowered. The equilibrium phase of Cr18Mn6Ni4N at different temperatures was calculated by Thermo-Calc software and the results of electron microscopy showed that the equilibrium phase M23C6 and Cr2(C,N) precipitated a lot when the temperature was lower than 900°C, which reduced the high temperature mechanical properties of Cr18Mn6Ni4N. This study is of great significance for understanding the high temperature characteristics of this steel grade and for developing a reasonable continuous casting process.
