静电纺丝法制备氧化钴纳米纤维

摘    要:采用硝酸钴与聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(polyvinylpyrrolidone, PVP)为原料制备纺丝液, 利用扫描电子显微镜、同步热分析仪、X-射线衍射仪以及透射电子显微镜对前驱体纤维及煅烧后纤维进行表征与分析, 研究静电纺丝技术制备氧化钴纳米纤维的可行性及最佳实验条件。结果表明: 在PVP(K30)质量分数为43%, 硝酸钴质量为2 g以及最佳设备参数条件下, 可以制备出直径约600 nm、均匀光滑的硝酸钴/PVP前驱体纤维, 经600℃高温煅烧后, 可得到直径约30 nm的氧化钴纳米纤维。

Preparation of cobalt oxide nanofibers by electrospinning

Abstract:Cobalt nitrate and polyvinylpyrrole(PVP) were used as the raw materials to make the spinning solution in this paper. The precursor fibers and the calcined fibers were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscope, synchronous thermal analyzer, X-ray diffractometry, and transmission electron microscopy. The feasibility and optimal experimental conditions for the preparation of cobalt oxide nanofibers by electrospinning technology were investigated. The results show that, in the condition of the PVP(K30) mass fraction of 43%, cobalt nitrate mass of 2 g, and the optimum equipment parameters, an uniform and smooth cobalt nitrate/PVP precursor fiber with a diameter of about 600 nm can be prepared. After calcination at 600 ℃, the cobalt oxide nanofibers with the diameter of about 30 nm can be obtained.
