基于注意力分配的盾构显示界面优化研究

摘    要:为保证盾构机的有效掘进和安全运行,让司机第一时间识别盾构机显示界面中掘进状态和地质变化等相关信息是关键。因此,提出一种基于注意力分配的盾构机主控室显示界面布局优化方法,综合考虑参数信息重要程度与视觉特性,利用Jack软件生成最佳可视区域。在此基础上,结合参数信息模块的注意力等级,构建基于注意力分配的盾构机主控室显示界面优化模型。针对基于注意力分配原则构建的界面布局模型求解问题,提出一种基于人工鱼群与粒子群混合智能算法的模型求解算法,解决优化模型求解过程中因权重系数设置不合理而使节点信息的重要性量化不够准确,并难以获得最优方案的问题。最后,针对优化后的盾构机主控室显示界面进行眼动试验,试验结果表明,优化后的盾构机主控室显示界面能够更好地使驾驶员的注视点集中在相应的认知加工区域,能够快速获取掘进参数。

Abstract:In order to ensure the effective tunneling and safe operation of the shield machine, it is crucial for the driver to identify the tunneling status and geological changes in the display interface of the shield machine at the first time. Therefore, an optimization method of display interface of the main control room of shield machine based on attention distribution is proposed, which considers the importance of parameter information and visual characteristics, and uses Jack simulation software to generate the best visual area. On this basis, combined with the attention level of the parameter information module, the optimization model of the display interface of the main control room of shield machine based on attention allocation is constructed. Aiming at the problem of solving the interface layout model based on the attention distribution principle, a hybrid intelligent algorithm based on artificial fish swarm and particle swarm is proposed which solves the problem that it is difficult to obtain the optimal solution due to the inaccurate quantification of the importance of node information due to the unreasonable setting of weight coefficients in the optimization model solving process. Finally, the eye movement experiment is carried out for the optimized display interface of the main control room of the shield machine.The experiment results show that the optimized display interface of the main control room of the shield machine can better focus the driver's gaze on the corresponding cognitive processing area and quickly obtain the tunneling parameters.
