| 摘 要： | 为了判断高炉死料柱状态及其对铁水环流的影响。通过对高炉料柱受力分析,判断高炉死料柱状态,并在此基础上模拟死料柱状态对铁水流动的影响。研究结果表明,大型高炉正常出铁时,死料柱基本处于沉坐状态;当死料柱底部中心沉坐时,铁水在无焦区域相对活跃,流速更大,对炉缸侧壁剪切应力更大,对炉缸侧壁以及出铁口下方区域冲刷更加严重。

| Abstract: | In order to judged deadman status and its influence on hot metal flow in a blast furnace hearth.The deadman status is first judged， then the flow of the hot metal is simulated. The results show that the deadman status is sitting when the large blast furnace is normal tapping. When the deadman is at middle sitting， the velocity of the hot metal in the coke-free zone is larger than that in the coke zone， and the shear stress is great on the side wall of the hearth， and the erosion of the area under the taphole in the side wall is more serious. |
