摘    要: 为了开发二次冷轧镀锡板,采用硬度计、拉伸试验机、光学显微镜、透射电镜和X射线衍射仪研究了二次冷轧压下率对镀锡板组织和性能的影响规律。结果表明,随着二次冷轧压下率提高,试验钢的硬度和强度提高,各向异性增加,伸长率降低,当二次冷轧压下率为20%时可获得较高的硬度和伸长率的匹配。同时二次冷轧压下率对织构影响明显,当压下率为20%~40%时,α取向线中最高取向密度出现在{223}〈110〉~{445}〈110〉之间,可达到6.2,并且随变形量增加,γ取向线中{111}〈110〉取向密度逐渐从3.1降低到2.7,{111}〈112〉取向密度逐渐从4.9提高到5.3。

Abstract:In order to develop secondary cold-rolled tinplate,effects of the secondary cold rolling reduction on the microstructure and properties of the tinplate were studied by the hardness tester,tensile tester,optical microscope,transmission electron microscope and X-ray diffractometer. The results showed that as the secondary cold rolling reduction rate increasing,the hardness and strength of the test steel increased,the anisotropy increases,and the elongation decreased. When the secondary cold rolling reduction rate was 20%,the higher hardness and elongation match could be reached. At the same time,the secondary cold rolling reduction had a significant influence on the texture. When the secondary cold rolling reduction rate was between 20% and 40%,the highest orientation density in the α-orientation line appeared between {223}〈110〉 and {445}〈110〉,which could reach 6.2. And with the secondary cold rolling reduction rate increasing,the {111}〈110〉 orientation density in the γ-oriented line gradually decreased from 3.1 to 2.7,and the {111}〈112〉 orientation density gradually increased from 4.9 to 5.3.
