摘    要:为改进现有液压机械电气设备电源频率控制方法控制时间长、效率低等问题,提出基于PID算法的电气设备电源频率自动控制方法。选取电动液压泵作为代表设备,首先研究其工作原理,利用单片机获取其电源频率信号,由误差传感器完成数据预处理后,通过通信网络传送至控制主站内;然后按照电气设备的不同供电方式将电源频率划分为多个类别,分别输入在与之相对应的存储空间内;最后分析电气设备电源频率控制的功率大小,利用反馈线性化法计算控制过程产生的频率,引入PID控制算法,通过不断调整比例系数、积分系数以及微分系数,找出最优参数,完成电气设备电源频率的自动控制。测试结果表明,所提方法对电动液压泵电源频率控制效果较好,控制过程较平稳、所需要的时间少且效率高,具有极高的应用价值。

Abstract:An automatic control method of power supply frequency of electrical equipment based on PID algorithm is proposed to ddress the problems of long control time and low efficiency of the current control method of power supply frequency of hydraulic machinery and electrical equipment.This paper selects the electric hydraulic pump as the representative equipment , firstly studies its working principle , uses the single chip microcomputer to obtain its power frequency signal , completes the data preprocessing by the error sensor , and transmits it to? the control master station through the communication network.Then according to the different power supply modes of the electrical equipment , the power frequency is divided into multiple categories , which are respectively input in the corresponding storage space.Finally , the power of the power frequency control of the electrical equipment is analyzed , the frequency generated by the control process is calculated by the feedback linearization method.The PID control algorithm is introduced to find out the optimal parameters by continuously adjusting the parameters of proportional coefficient , integral coefficient and differential coefficient to complete the automatic control of power supply frequency of electrical equipment.The proposed method has a better effect on the frequency control of the electric hydraulic pump power supply , the control process is the most stable , the time required is the least and the efficiency is the highest , and it has extremely high application value.
